Hi, I joined the WRAC in August 1967 as Diane Lee. I would love to hear from anyone that remembers me. My postings were Bicester, Woolwich, Guilford and Donnington. I remember the names Christine Lee, Pat Liddington and Taff from my intake.

Does anyone from 4 Independent Company W.R.A.C., Tanglin remember August 1965 when Singapore gained independence from Malaysia. 50 years ago this year. I worked in the Company Office, Chris Grey was Chief Clerk but I'm sorry I cannot remember the others in the office. One of my friends back then was a Helen Black, we used to go to Sandes Soldiers Home after church on Sundays. My name then was Lynn Whittaker

I joined the WRAC in May 1967 as Brenda Millns and did trade training at Yeovil then was posted to HQ BAOR Rheindahlen. In 1969 I was posted to Strood then transferred to Guildford in late 1969 to take up the position of Chief Clerk HQ Company. I reached the rank of Sergeant and left in July 1971 to get married. My OC was Captain ANTON. Names I remember of girls I met in the WRAC were: Ann Jones, Lucy Knipe, Joyce Gosling, Angela Hurrell, Kate Jackson,Linda Curwin, and Chris Brown, Jean Allen and Leslie (nicknames Leswald and Lettuce and DC ) If anyone else remembers me I would love to hear from you.

Hi I am looking for an ex WRAC who was at the Royal Artillery Depot in 1974 her name then was Private Lynn Stansfield and Lynn was working in the Officers Mess at the time and I was on the R A Recruiting team would love to find her again many thanks ex gunner MA Shaw

My Sister was in the ATS in WW2. She died in Devon, at the Barracks Hospital, in 1944 when she was 20 years old. Her war grave is in Rickmansworth Hertfordshire I never new her would like to know about her in the Army
